Stages of rendering executive search service.
- Preliminary. At this stage we hold consultations with the client on its management structure, market situation, description of employee's functions and salary, possible directions of search and our fees.
- Market Monitoring. Here we thoroughly research the market using the company's contact network and database. The deliverable of this stage is usually the “long list” of candidates.
- Selection. At this very stage we generate the “short list” of candidates recommended to meet with client's representatives. The short list is generated on the basis of vis-a-vis meetings to evaluate the candidates' qualifications. In addition to qualification assessment we identify the candidates' compliance with the client's corporate culture.
- Interview. At this stage we organize meetings of selected finalists with client's representatives where leaders are selected.
- Final. Here consultations on the client's management structure, market situation and description of executive's functions and remuneration are of purely applied nature. They are aimed at associating the client's interests with the interests of the leader to be employed and turning their cooperation to the maximum advantage. The successful candidate's appearance at work is the vitally important but by no means the last step of this stage. The long-term cooperation comprises the assistance in his/her adaptation and maintaining a constructive dialogue both with the client and the candidate-turned-employee.
